So, you have a directory with a java class in it, and you want to use your IDE on it. \u00a0What do you do? \u00a0You can’t just open it up as a project without a little bit of work. \u00a0IntelliJ can do it from the GUI, but with Eclipse and Maven you have to do a bit more work. \u00a0Also, if this directory is already checked in you’ll want to preserve<\/p>\n

Add a simple pom:
